I In February, we held another session in our 'PAYBACK is a Woman' series, where we invited the fantastic Anna Werner‑Maliszewska. It was a wealth of practical knowledge!

On the agenda, we focused on Mental Fitness — practical ways to cope with stress and build psychological resilience, something so important for each of us. We explored our inner resources, took time for reflection, formulated personal commitments, and above all, we talked openly, supported one another, and shared wonderful, meaningful feedback.
