Responsible for the cooperation of DATA teams (in particular DATA Analytics) operating within the PAYBACK HUB in ten international markets. In his everyday work, he values openness, responsibility, and a sense of humor. Privately, he develops his sports and technological interests, including his hobby - science.
HR Business Partner
She has been working in the HR industry since 2009, gaining her professional experience mainly in the banking and insurance sectors. She has been working for PAYBACK for one year now, supporting managers and employees of international teams in development, growth and other HUB related topics. In her private and professional life, she values honesty, loyalty, and respect for others. She loves to spend her free time with family and friends, as well as traveling around the world.
Partner Management Unit Manager
He has been working for PAYBACK for 10 years and started his career as an intern. Currently, together with his team, he is responsible for coordinating cooperation with Program partners. In his private and professional life, he is guided by the values of "no matter what you do, do the best you can" and "together better and faster", because there is strength in a team. He likes sport, various challenges, a bit of competition and complex projects.
Global Analytics Consulting Lead
She leads teams that provide direct analytical support to PAYBACK markets including Germany, Austria, Italy, and Mexico. At work and in her personal life, she values honesty, openness, and respect for others. Work-life balance is important for her, as well as empathy in her approach to others.
Online Partnership Unit Manager
In PAYBACK Polska, together with his team, he is responsible for cooperation with online partners. Family and friends are the most important things in his life. She started her adventure with PAYBACK in 2012 as an intern. Today she has the pleasure to lead and support the campaigns department in the implementation of marketing activities in various channels. At PAYBACK, he manages a team of programmers and testers. He looks after the development of the PAYBACK platform with new functionalities.
