The Mentoring Program in PAYBACK

By introducing the Mentoring Program in the company, we want to support the employees' individual development and enhance the culture of mutual learning.
Although mentoring has been in place at our company for a long time, we have now decided to promote this form of development even more to our employees. We have just launched an official internal mentoring program.
We invited previously trained mentors, new people willing to become mentors and mentees ready to work on each other. We selected both groups from our employees. This created 12 mentoring pairs, who will work together, develop and inspire each other over the next months.
Our goal is to develop leadership skills, interpersonal traits and, naturally, business competence.
The first days of the program bring only positivity. We are confident that after its graduation, our team will be enhanced with new great leaders!
