➡️ What situation has surprised you the most in your IT career?
The pace of change. Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked with many different technologies, and each new one has eventually replaced the previous one. In my experience, finishing one migration project often means the beginning of the next.
➡️ Which PAYBACK project are you most proud of?
There have been many projects that brought me great satisfaction, but I particularly value those focused on process automation and data quality improvement. One of the most important was building a data product on Google Cloud Platform containing information about PAYBACK program members. Today, it is one of the key solutions used across the entire organization.
➡️ What do you enjoy most about working in IT?
The fact that I’m constantly learning and exploring new technologies. What gives me the greatest satisfaction is finding solutions that make other teams’ work easier, especially through process automation and better use of data. Quite often, we take on the role of detectives searching for the missing piece of the puzzle, and the answer is almost always hidden in the data and the logic behind how it is processed.

➡️ What advice would you give to women considering a career in IT?
If you have an open mind and a willingness to learn, there is no topic you cannot master. Today, in the era of rapid AI development, it is worth building expertise in a specific area while also developing knowledge of architecture, data analytics, and business. Most importantly, get involved in real projects as early as possible, because they provide the best learning opportunities and the fastest path to growth.
