People - our greatest asset

PAYBACK’s success wouldn’t be possible without the commitment and passion of our team. So we are keen to reward our employees accordingly and ensure that they work in an inspiring and comfortable environment.

PAYBACK development

Professional ambitions of our specialists are identified at the recruitment interview stage. Based on this information, followed by observations and feedback, we jointly prepare individual development plans for PAYBACK employees. The most important activities that allow constant competence improvement are:
English language lessons
External training
Participation in conferences
A series of training courses conducted by our internal certified trainers
The PAYBACK Academy, i.e. a series of workshops for new employees, which introduces the operations of our Program
