She has been working for PAYBACK for one year now, supporting managers and employees of international teams in development, growth and other HUB related topics. In her private and professional life, she values honesty, loyalty, and respect for others. She loves to spend her free time with family and friends, as well as traveling around the world.
Marcin Karpiuk
Partner Management Unit Manager He has been working for PAYBACK for 10 years and started his career as an intern. Currently, together with his team, he is responsible for coordinating cooperation with Program partners. In his private and professional life, he is guided by the values of "no matter what you do, do the best you can" and "together better and faster", because there is strength in a team. He likes sport, various challenges, a bit of competition and complex projects.
