ðŸƒâ€â™‚ï¸ðŸ¤ Teamwork is a cornerstone of our organizational culture — both in the office and beyond! On 23 May, a five-person PAYBACK team once again took part in the Warsaw Ekiden relay race. In this unique event, the team collectively covers 42.195 km — the full marathon distance.
Completing this challenge required not only good physical condition, but also planning, collaboration, and mutual support from the entire team.
💙 Importantly, our colleagues were running not only for the joy of sport. Alongside our participation in the Ekiden relay, we also organized an internal fundraiser for Fundacja Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę | Empowering Children Foundation, which supports children and young people experiencing violence.
We would like to warmly congratulate our team on finishing the Ekiden and thank everyone who chose to support the fundraiser. Initiatives like this truly demonstrate the power of teamwork and the unique community we build at PAYBACK.
