Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the overall vision of our product platform together with product management, sales and other stakeholders.
  • Focus your work on customer value and actuals business benefit.
  • Elaboration best possible customer solution based on product capabilities.
  • Observe market and customer needs to develop ideas for innovative platform capabilities.
  • Develop creative solutions together with development team to innovate customer business.
  • Define user stories and establish story acceptance criteria focusing with an MVP mindset user.
  • Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood.

Your Profile:

  • Customer oriented and strategic thinking.
  • Strong decision making skills based on customer value and ROI.
  • Strong problem analyzing and solving capabilities as well as strong ownership and leadership to resolve problems.
  • Experience in a product owner role as well as in software engineering necessary.
  • Ability to understand technical impacts of requirements (architectural impacts, security, performance).
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud based applications (preferrable AWS).
  • Experience in software product development with complex backend system and/or integration projects based on a software platform..
  • Working experience using SQL and Java , Basic knowledge of Webservices (Rest).
  • Familiarity with agile methodology, 3+ years’ experience of running agile.
  • Experience with loyalty or CRM is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and personal responsibility, self-initiative.
  • Excellent English is a prerequisite, fluent German a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt to timezone needs for a project.
