At PAYBACK, we consistently support the development of our team’s capabilities. One of the key elements of these efforts is our internal mentoring program, aimed at strengthening a culture of knowledge-sharing and mutual learning within the organization.
Colleagues who choose to take on the role of mentors complete a certified training cycle, awarded the European Quality Award by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
