Let’s talk
If your CV meets the criteria, you can expect to hear from us. During the phone call, we will present you with the schedule of the recruitment process. This varies depending on the particular job and the position you are applying for. Furthermore, we try to simplify the process as much as possible and give feedback to the candidates.
2.
Let’s meet
The recruitment meeting may take place either face-to-face or remotely. Together we set the date and format of the meeting, and then send you an invitation to the e-mail address provided by you. During the meeting we will check your competences, experience, and expectations. We will also ask about your knowledge of our company and the passions that are important to you. Remember, if you have any questions then this is the perfect time to ask. The members of our team will be happy to answer all of them.
3.
Test yourself
We are curious about how you will handle possible challenges that may await you. Therefore, in some cases we will ask you to perform a recruitment task. You will be informed about all the details by our recruitment team.
4.
Welcome on board!
Communicating positive news - this is by far our favorite stage of the recruitment process. Over the phone, we will discuss with you the details of the job conditions, and then during the next meeting we will give you all documents related to employment in our company.
5.
Onboarding – get to know our company
An equally important stage is a proper introduction to our company. That is why you will receive an e-mail with a detailed onboarding schedule just a few days before you start working with us. From the beginning, we focus on very open, friendly communication, support your onboarding, and facilitate contact with other team members.
