We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AdTech Specialist to join our team. The AdTech Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our internal advertising technology stack to drive maximum efficiency and performance across all digital advertising campaigns.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize our internal adtech platform, especially our ad server and campaign booking system
- Develop new ad products and optimize our processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development and 3rd party vendors, to ensure seamless integration of adtech solutions.
- You always keep up to date with latest trends and developments in the ad tech landscape
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure uninterrupted ad delivery.
- Consult performance marketing teams in all PAYBACK markets on topics related to adtech
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in adtech management or a similar role, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
- Deep understanding of ad serving technologies required. Knowledge of programmatic advertising, ad exchanges and web & app debugging tools would be a plus.
- Fluent English skills required, German knowledge would be a plus
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and technical understanding
