We are looking for a person to support the Rewards team in:
Managing and monitoring content on the Rewards store homepage
Coordinating the execution of marketing packages
Ongoing reporting of sales performance and marketing metrics
Responding to errors in transaction processing
Collaborating operationally with the IT department, online payment provider, fulfiller and reward suppliers
Cooperating with the call center on customer complaints matters
Administration of the gift card code distribution system
