Front-end Designer/Developer

Within the Loyalty Partner Solutions you’ll be working within an agile team having a great team spirit! With various frontend technologies you can help us to satisfy the customer needs, by utilizing our tools in the right way on on-prem systems. 

But we’re not only dealing with on-prem technology, but also heading towards Cloud and constantly improving our system to offer SaaS by migrating our services into the public cloud. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop appealing, modern, responsive, performant frontends for our loyalty platform in the airline market.
  • Implement usability concepts and user interface enhancements for the loyalty platform.
  • Communicate your solution ideas so that everyone can understand it.
  • Improve our loyalty platform by challenging the status quo and bring in your ideas.
  • Drive technology innovations to enable business innovations based on our platform.
  • Be part of an agile cross functional team to shape the loyalty platform solution for the next generation.

Your Profile:

  • Significant experience (+5 years) in the creation of green field frontend applications with React.
  • Strong knowledge in React JS and JavaScript to deliver a state-of-the-art UI.
  • HTML5 and CSS (Sass) skills, with cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility.
  • Proven knowledge of migration of legacy Web Applications to new implementations.
  • Ability to setup a modern Web Application in a productive environment (aspects: security, maintainability, scalability etc.).
  • Knowledge of general UX concepts and ability to translate visual designs from Figma mockups.
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have:
  • Strong interest in new technologies and openness to learn something new.
  • Independent and solution-oriented work ethic.
  • Experience in writing tests using common testing tools (e.g. Jest, Mocha, Selenium and etc.).
  • Experience in UX area,
