Execution of Online Research Projects in the PAYBACK Panels (DE + AT) for our clients.
Sole Key Account Management in project scope of our clients (Research Institutes, Media agencies & Universities).
Sample delivery, questionnaire scripting, field management & final data quality checks.
Taking responsibility of different project requirements for our clients (like strict timings etc.).

Min. 3 years of experience in the Online Market Research Industry.
German Language Level at least B2.
Bonus: Experience in questionnaire scripting (preferably in EFS by Tivian).
Good communication skills & capability to manage clients as well as service providers.
Knowledge & experience of empirical methodologies in the quantitative market research field.
Skilled in common office programs as well as SPSS.
