Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting Project Planning: Assisting in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets under the guidance of senior project managers.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinating with team members to ensure tasks are followed up and completed on time and facilitating communication among team members.
  • Monitoring Progress: Assisting in establishing KPIS, tracking project progress based on KPIs, and reporting any deviations to senior team members for timely intervention.
  • Risk Management: Supporting in analysis, assessment and mitigation of project risks.
  • Documentation: Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness of project records.
  • Quality Assurance: Assisting in the implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Assisting in the communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
  • PMO Toolkit: Implementing, applying and improving PMO tools and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contributing ideas and suggestions for process improvements based on lessons learned from project experiences and feedback from team members.

Your Profile:

  • Economical or technical education.
  • Experience with PMO tools and processes.
  • Working knowledge about agile methodologies.
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Solid knowledge of Atlassian JIRA/Confluence.
  • Strong communication and Social skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Structured and process oriented working style.
  • Willingness to support your team in or needs.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Willing to think outside of the box.
  • You enjoy working in an international team.
  • Yor are a team player and you work for the success of the team.
  • Excellent English is a prerequisite, good Polish and German a plus.
