Your responsibilities:

  • Work closely with managers, support them and share HR expertise
  • Being trusted business partner who, by learning the needs and strategies of dedicated business areas, will adapt and propose an adequate HR strategy
  • Advise on complex employee issues and support dedicated teams
  • Support managers in recruitment processes in dedicated teams
  • Manage resource planning, onboarding, development, performance and internal communications - in collaboration with the rest of the HR team
  • Ensure that HR policies are implemented and respected; suggest innovations and be ready to implement changes
  • Take part in company-wide projects that create an inspiring and engaging organizational culture.
