Scope of duties

  • Preparation, implementation and execution of:

-clear strategy to support Sales and Account management teams through innovative, multi-channel high-impact marketing communication that brings measurable outcomes such as lead acquisition and sales conversion

-consumer life cycle management strategy across portfolio of all business partners / key accounts including strong focus on innovative ways to monetize by delivering strong value proposition

-high impact multi-partner omnichannel marketing communication activities

-digital channels adoption strategy with strong emphasis on content creation, increasing usage, stickiness and traffic generating activities to drive volumes (mobile, web, social media)

-PAYBACK brand communication management and it’s execution in close collaboration with all Partners of the program (POS, digital, social media)

-management of local products definition and requirements including close collaboration with international Product team, with strong focus on ROI analysis and successful execution of ‘Go to Market’ strategy

  • Management, development and growth of Marketing Team
  • Budget planning, forecast planning, reporting and controlling (provide internal and external reports, drive KPIs for the international scorecard, etc.)
  • Building a positive image of the company by using external tools as well as managing relationships with PAYBACK partners
  • Participate in business development activities as well as contribute to winning new partnerships by active support of commercial business unit

Expected competencies

  • Experience and proven track record in creating leading marketing strategies, manage marketing products, oversee the marketing communication and CLM
  • Understanding of and experience in the mobile technologies and applications
  • Commercial depth, with the drive and tenacity to deliver short to medium term growth objectives
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong leadership skills, developed interpersonal skills, gravitas, maturity and ability to convince senior executives
  • Higher education, ideally from respective fields, as guarantee of sufficient background for the given function
  • Mind set-creative mind with ability to think out of the box, while ensuring that projects are focused on achieving key business results
  • Excellent communication skills, impact and influence
  • Fluent English
