Scope of duties

• Supervision and management of full range of Operation areas, such as Marketing Services, Customer Services, Campaign Management and Address Management for PAYBACK Poland
• Acting as the main contact person both for the Management Board and Partner requests
• Management of service provider’s portfolio (in quality and quantity) according to contractual regulations
• Management, development and growth of Operations Team
• Budget planning, forecast planning, reporting and controlling (provide internal and external reports, drive KPIs for the international scorecard, etc.)
• Proactivly proposing programme enchancements around internal processes and cooperation
• Reporting line to to international Operations Organization based in Munich

Expected competencies

• 5 – 7 years of experience within a relevant field of business
• Experience in Management of Outsourcing processes (tendering, contracting, vendor management, KPI management)
• Strong project and process management skills
• Proven track record of strongly developed leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills, impact and influence
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of German will be an asset
