Classic Partnerships Director
I joined PAYBACK in 2009 a few months before the Program was launched in the Polish market, so I had an opportunity to participate in creating and developing the Program from the very beginning – and it’s a truly interesting and dynamic project.
Currently I’m working in the Partner Management department where I’m responsible for cooperation with the key partners of PAYBACK. I also provide assistance to specific processes regarding acquisition of new partners who want to join the Program. It allows me to constantly improve my sales and customer relations skills, which I’m passionate about.
Working for the Partner Management department means dealing with a variety of tasks and duties, cooperating with external firms as well as coordinating internal projects. Walking into the office we can be sure that the day will bring many surprises, unexpected challenges, and fascinating business problems to solve. Working with real experts, outstanding professionals both among external partners and within our PAYBACK team ensures constant growth and development and a job full of challenges.
Participating in the creation and development of the unique project that is PAYBACK, searching for business solutions to support partners of the Program – these are the business goals that call for continual growth and guarantee professional satisfaction.

Head of Corporate & Marketing Communications
The position at PAYBACK was recommended to me by one of the doctoral students whose classes I was attending at that time. Moreover, the job description made it clear that working for PAYBACK would allow me to exercise many skills I had learned during my studies. The interview only confirmed my first impression. I came to know that even if I was still a student taking my first steps towards a career, my tasks and duties would be really demanding. At the beginning I was responsible mainly for selecting target audience for PAYBACK marketing campaigns and preparing relative reports.
I was hired in the position of analyst, subsequently I got promoted to senior analyst and now, after 3 and a half years, I’m working as Associate Analytics Manager, I run the BI department responsible primarily for researching and reporting the most important effectiveness indicators of the PAYBACK Program. Currently I’m also working on implementation of a new reporting tool
Working at PAYBACK spurs me to learn. The company is constantly growing and as a result I am growing, too. There are many new concepts to explore and many ideas about how to shed new light on known areas. The company invests in employee training and development. Furthermore, the broad scope of our responsibilities along with vast international collaboration provides many opportunities to prove oneself in a new context.
Managing independently some tasks within the IT area.
Sailing, cooking, dancing. My dream: my own apiary.
HR Business Partner
We recruit with a smile
In 2011 I decided to start a new phase of my life. I joined PAYBACK team and began working as a receptionist. I was surprised that everyone working there was on first-name terms and my work, despite my position, was appreciated. I quickly became part of the team. I could explore all departments of the company and perform a variety of tasks in many areas. I came to understand I wanted to pursue my future career in the field of HR. My evaluation and the prospect of new responsibilities only confirmed my decision. I completed an HR management postgraduate program at the Warsaw School of Economics, participated in training courses and conferences regarding HR.
Today I’m working as an HR Business Partner. I’m responsible for recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and building our employer brand in the labour market.
Both my everyday tasks and interesting projects I carry out bring me a lot of joy and satisfaction.
I’m happy to work with knowledgeable people who help me learn new skills every day. I’m looking for new employees to join our team: both experienced specialists and people who are only beginning their career and want to evolve professionally in our company. I’m proud of my colleagues’ successes when I watch their progress in our organization.
I recruit with a smile ;-), and employee satisfaction is the most important thing to me. I strive to support the entire organization, and constant growth is my everyday challenge.
