When writing your resume take into account the requirements of the position you’re applying for, then send your resume via a short form.

If we find your resume interesting, we’ll be thrilled to meet you in person. We will call you to schedule an interview and subsequently we’ll send an invitation to the email address you provided.

During our interview we’d like not only to hear about your competences, experience and expectations but also to talk about your passions and learn what you already know about our organization. Keep it in mind when you’re preparing for the interview.

If your first interview goes well, we will invite you to meet the manager of the department you’re applying to – we want to give our potential employees a chance to meet the person with whom they will be working. During the meeting we will get an insight in what your competences and qualifications are and how they match the position you’re applying for.

We’ll be happy to give you good news about the outcome of your recruitment process. If we decide to invite you to work with us, we’ll present you with a detailed offer and email you a draft of the contract – read it and get back to us with any questions you might have.

Our recruitment process does not end with the offer. Proper onboarding is equally important. During your first week we’ll schedule your meetings with coworkers from various departments; we’ll introduce you to the organization and explain the Program to you. A good onboarding process is essential for effective work.
